Something I’ve learnt during my healing journey with IBD, is that our body is designed to heal itself. Our job is to create the right environment for it to happen and to find the root cause. Once the self-healing mechanism is activated, your body will flourish and you will feel simply amazing. 

Within my practice I also offer health coaching plans for those who work in the music & creative industry. Supporting touring artists, crew and creative looking after their health and wellbeing, while constantly on the go with their busy lifestyle.

WHAT IS A HEALTH COACH?

I am here to support your health journey and help you achieve your goals. I help you implement diet, lifestyle changes and new healthy habits. In my practice I take a holistic approach focusing on whole foods diet, gut health, mindest & movement.


My healing journey from IBD has taught me a lot. I want to give something back to the community that is struggling out there, who maybe don’t know where to start. While everyone’s journey is unique, by simply introducing small, healthy habits into our daily life, we can make impactful changes to our bodies.
